The project is to develop a eco friendly holiday park which will be a showcase for sustainable eco friendly holiday parks in Norfolk.
Focusing on 3 main pillars.
1. Eco Friendly building techniques and locally sustainably sourced materials, with the plan to gernal its own supply of electric.
2. A complete redevelopment of an old car boot site, into a nature style "reserver", with an array of biodiversity, with a variety of fruit trees, flowers and fauna to attract bees and insects, a lake with a aquatic plants and wildlife and a variety of birds.
3. Developing sustainable links with the local community and businesses.
